MASUTTI MARMI & GRANITI: CHANGE AT THE HELM

Although the operation was finalised in February 2018, we hereby announce that the entire share capital of MASUTTI MARMI & GRANITI S.R.L. was acquired by the company Cesaf S.r.l., based in Vittorio Veneto, which has become – de facto – the sole shareholder.

The new owner firmly believed that the delayed announcement of the acquisition was the right choice in order to ensure stability and continuity – during the takeover process and afterwards – to the staff and its Customers.

An entry without a fanfare, in short. A handover which required time and effort so as not to disrupt the balances, destabilise the corporate system, with the firm objective of maintaining the high levels of quality and professionalism that have always set MASUTTI apart, because our creations were and will continue to be top-notch Italian-made products.

Diego Pol, new governing director, MASUTTI MARMI & GRANITI S.R.L., picks up the baton from Riccardo Masutti (who will continue to work stably in the company) and thanks him for his ability to lead – even in the darkest moments of the stone market – an enterprise inspired by sound values ​​and principles and which, without ever forgetting tradition, has always looked to innovation.
