FIRST STAGE OF MASUTTI PROJECT WITH UNINDUSTRIA TREVISO AND VENICE IUAV UNIVERSITY COMES TO A CLOSE

With growth in mind, MASUTTI has undertaken a collaboration project, which started some months ago, with the University IUAV of Venice. The final goal was to valorise the technology and know-how already existing in the company in order to  “face” new merchandise categories.

An ambitious and challenging plan, lasting 11 months.

The venture is spread over two stages:

The first stage has just come to a close. It involved a team of consultants/collaborators from IUAV – with a proven experience in design – who performed a detailed analysis of the company, to the end of identifying the strategies able to valorise existing know-how, learn the art of manufacturing, available technology and potentialities. The aim was to respond to market demands in an adequate manner as to diversify production.

The initial process has also included a study of the final target, to grasp the needs and criticalities of a prospective Client.

We are now looking forward to the implementation of the second stage, confident that the result will generate a great deal of satisfaction!
