2019 IS COMING TO AN END.

The end of the year is approaching. Time for celebrations, greetings, cheers with friends. But also of budgets. It is important to draw conclusions on the past months, on what has been achieved and what has perhaps been left open. Taking stock of what has been achieved so far is fundamental to be more proactive than ever for the year ahead!

The importance of teamwork.

Many of the goals we set ourselves at the beginning of 2019, thanks to the teamwork, were made concrete, with the great satisfaction of all the MASUTTI staff. We do not speak exclusively of numerical goals, but of turnover, production, customers, and also of tangible purposes for the future development of the company. With hard and demanding team work, we have recently obtained the certification according to ISO 14001 (environment) and ISO 45001 (health and safety), thus developing our Integrated Management System. These certifications are not only the recognition of the efforts made to be able to optimize our structure by providing us with an efficient management, but also the evidence of a shared working culture, based on professionalism and above all a guarantee of reliability for customers, suppliers, employees and collaborators. We are very proud of this milestone also because we are among the first in Italy to have achieved it for our sector.

Innovation: a look into the future.

Several projects have been developed, ambitious and innovative both in terms of new product lines, which shortly we will implement, both in terms of exclusive and cutting-edge technical solutions, already put on the market. Let’s not forget the Masutti quartz line, a new collection of top quality materials, born from the desire to offer our customers only raw materials of excellent quality and high performance. The warehouse has been completely reorganized, for order and cleaning, with the aim of being faster in identifying materials and therefore being able to speed up the picking, loading and unloading process. The logistics within the production department have also undergone a total restructuring, always thinking about a greater efficiency and performance. Extraordinary maintenance operations were carried out on various machines, anticipating the respective plans, to be sure of being able to have tools in perfect condition, effective and efficient and to guarantee an increased longevity. We also purchased various new equipment, not only to replace the old one but to have greater availability, always thinking about the optimization of the processes. These are just some of the goals achieved, but it is not our will to bore readers with an endless display of praises for our work, thus making us sin of arrogance. Our intent is only to demonstrate in practice that our daily efforts always aim at improving what we do, how we do it and for the satisfaction of our customers, without whom our work would not make sense.

We don’t even want to hide that some goals have not been met, but this pushes us even more to do better tomorrow and the following days, giving us the right motivation and determination to improve.
