ISO CERTIFICATION: OUR NEXT OBJECTIVE!

MASUTTI MARMI & GRANITI is not yet ISO certified; however, the procedures are already underway to obtain the quality standard by 30 September 2018.

As known, the ISO family contains a series of rules and guidelines, valid on an international scale, intended to constantly and continuously improve a company’s operations and enhance the inhouse organizational structure.

MASUTTI MARMI & GRANITI – in matter of fact – has most of the requirements envisaged by the regulation. The company already has an internal organizational system that encompasses all the business processes: from commercial to procurement, to manufacturing and logistics. The missing link is the paperwork of these  procedures, through dedicated checklists that guarantee the “soundness” of the company because… the added value provided by the certification represents delivery of a Quality product.

MASUTTI deems this initiative as a must. ISO is of strategic importance for the business and also a necessary step towards expanding production, becoming more aggressive in the market and increasing Client retention capability.
