Finishing the top. Connection of top and side.

Finishing the top. Connection of top and side.

Several finishes can be made on the kitchen top.

Among the most common:

  1. Classic straight edged finish
  2. 45° cut with angle cut

Grinding (made by hand) is necessary in order to remove the sharpness from the otherwise sharp edge.

The 45° head with the angle cut off is a second cut that leads to a completely different head effect.

The connections between the kitchen top and the side panel (obviously made of the same material) are also made by cutting the two parts (top and side panel) at 45°. Once the coupling has been made, the angle obtained is ground.
