Reconstituted sinks represent the aesthetic excellency for washing areas in indoor kitchens, bathrooms, outdoor kitchens or home basement rooms that are fully equipped to host dinners.
This is how we do it in Masutti!
The reconstituted sink is realized and anchored to the kitchen top directly in the factory.
If the sink has standard dimensions, Masutti will coat an steel sink that will be anchored to the kitchen top with bushings and screws within the normal 3-week manufacturing period. By doing this, the item is kept together by the steel sink, so any watertight issue can be effectively limited.
A non-standard sized tub, on the other hand, is made by creating grooves on the sides of the tub itself, onto which the bottom of the tub will be glued. This in turn will be glued to the kitchen top, with the addition of a further perimeter strip in the area of contact between the tub and the kitchen top.
In case the Client is willing to attend up to 5 weeks, Masutti manufactures also custom-made sinks by adding a minimum extra cost, which depends on the sink’s dimensions.
