Dekton or ceramic top Sink drilling radius

The sink hole must be appropriately dimensioned and designed especially with reference to the minimum radius allowed by its corners. This consideration allows to prevent any breaking or crackling risks to the ceramic or Dekton slabs. The evaluation of the bend radius of corners is fundamental for the creation of holes. The trending request for a sharp-edged connection (90°) results in the high probability of crackles during the cutting phase (in addition to incrementing the risk of ruptures during the installation). It is necessary to foresee a connection radius of at least 5 mm. If this is done without considering a minimum radius, the manufacturer will not answer for contingent ruptures or damages.
